Site Seen is a small-group website strategy program for service-based business owners who know their site can be doing more but aren’t sure where to start. 

Over five weeks, you'll be guided through each piece of your website, walking away with a site that's part of your sales process instead of a footnote to it.

The Curriculum

Site Seen is a done-with-you small group program. Each week, we meet for 90 minutes for a 30-minute lesson and an hour of coworking to apply what you just learned to your website. I’ll be there during the coworking session to answer any questions that come up. 

You don’t leave with more work to do. You leave each week with work done.

Week 1: Messaging, positioning, and your site's role in your business

What are you selling? Who is it for? What should happen when someone lands on your site? This is the foundation of your website. We’ll make sure your messaging connects with your audience and guides them to your offer.

Week 2: Copywriting

A conversion copywriting specialist joins us to teach you about the most important part of your website - the words. Kelley Gardiner will go over how to sound like yourself on your website and how to structure your words so they’re compelling to your audience. 

Week 3: Images, Color, and Accessibility

Are images supporting the story on your website or are they feeling disjointed? Do your colors meet accessibility standards? This week we’re making sure the visual layer of your website supports your message and is accessible to everyone. 

Week 4: SEO and AI Search

We’re going to set the foundation to be seen online. We’ll cover technical SEO - the unglamorous stuff that makes a real difference. We'll also look at how AI search tools are finding and reading your site, and make sure yours is showing up the way you want it to.

Week 5: The Build

This week you apply everything to your site. I’ll share my workflow tips from building over 50 Squarespace websites to make your updates as easy as possible. You'll leave this session with a site that looks and feels like yours, and works with your sales process.

Site Seen is for people who want to understand their site, not just hand it off.

You know your site isn't working - you just don't know where to start. This is the program that closes that gap. Every week has a clear focus, building on the last so everything fits together.

There's a coworking block every session.

I've been in workshops where I've felt great about what I learned until I tried to do it myself. The coworking time gives us a chance to work through everything together - you get guidance every week.

It’s a small group.

The beta version will be capped at 6 people. You’ll be able to see how others are facing the same problems and get feedback specific to your business.

We’ll decide on a meeting day and time as a group, so we can accommodate different schedules. If you have to miss a session, a recording of the lesson will be available.

Program Details 

  • 5 live sessions, 90 minutes each, once per week. Sessions are broken into two parts - a 30-minute lesson, followed by 60 minutes of coworking to apply what you’ve learned. 

  • Max 6 people in this beta round

  • Private Slack channel for support between sessions

  • A workbook to help you work through the curriculum

  • One 1:1 strategy session with me, redeemable during the program ($150 value)

  • A post-program website review

  • Session lesson recordings (coworking won’t be recorded, but any questions from the coworking will be included with the recording)

What you need: 

  • A Squarespace website - or willingness to migrate to Squarespace 

  • A computer - this can’t be done on a phone or tablet

  • 90 minutes per week for the live sessions, plus a little extra time during the week - some weeks will take longer than others depending on where you're starting.
