What if you actually wanted to send people to your website?
Site Seen is a small-group website strategy program for service-based business owners who know their site can be doing more but aren’t sure where to start.
Over five weeks, you'll be guided through each piece of your website, walking away with a site that's part of your sales process instead of a footnote to it.
You’ve been staring at your site for so long you can’t tell what’s wrong anymore.
If you’ve ever found yourself:
Sending people to your site, then immediately trying to explain what you do before they even see it
Adding more CTAs because someone told you to, and nothing changed
Starting to make updates, but walking away because you didn’t know where to start
Then it’s time to think about the strategy behind your website and how it fits into your business. That’s what you’ll learn in Site Seen.
The Curriculum
Site Seen is a done-with-you small group program. Each week, we meet for 90 minutes for a 30-minute lesson and an hour of coworking to apply what you just learned to your website. I’ll be there during the coworking session to answer any questions that come up.
You don’t leave with more work to do. You leave each week with work done.

Week 1: Messaging, positioning, and your site's role in your business
What are you selling? Who is it for? What should happen when someone lands on your site? This is the foundation of your website. We’ll make sure your messaging connects with your audience and guides them to your offer.
Week 2: Copywriting
A conversion copywriting specialist joins us to teach you about the most important part of your website - the words. Kelley Gardiner will go over how to sound like yourself on your website and how to structure your words so they’re compelling to your audience.
Week 3: Images, Color, and Accessibility
Are images supporting the story on your website or are they feeling disjointed? Do your colors meet accessibility standards? This week we’re making sure the visual layer of your website supports your message and is accessible to everyone.
Week 4: SEO and AI Search
We’re going to set the foundation to be seen online. We’ll cover technical SEO - the unglamorous stuff that makes a real difference. We'll also look at how AI search tools are finding and reading your site, and make sure yours is showing up the way you want it to.
Week 5: The Build
This week you apply everything to your site. I’ll share my workflow tips from building over 50 Squarespace websites to make your updates as easy as possible. You'll leave this session with a site that looks and feels like yours, and works with your sales process.
The right people find you, recognize themselves, and reach out already sold.
Site Seen is for people who want to understand their site, not just hand it off.
It's structured around doing.
You know your site isn't working - you just don't know where to start. This is the program that closes that gap. Every week has a clear focus, building on the last so everything fits together.
There's a coworking block every session.
I've been in workshops where I've felt great about what I learned until I tried to do it myself. The coworking time gives us a chance to work through everything together - you get guidance every week.
It’s a small group.
The beta version will be capped at 6 people. You’ll be able to see how others are facing the same problems and get feedback specific to your business.
Strategy first, everything else second.
We start with messaging and positioning, so your website amplifies your marketing and makes your sales process easier.

A Squarespace website - or willingness to migrate to Squarespace
A computer - this can’t be done on a phone or tablet
90 minutes per week for the live sessions, plus a little extra time during the week - some weeks will take longer than others depending on where you're starting.
You know you need a website, but no one told you what to do with it after it launches.
I’m building Site Seen to make website strategy easier to understand for people who aren’t living and breathing websites every day like I am. My goal with this program is to empower you to manage your own site and feel confident that any future changes you make are more than just throwing spaghetti at the wall.
This is the first time Site Seen is running, which means the price is significantly lower than it will be the next time it runs. You get a say in how the program grows and in exchange, I’ll ask for your honest feedback and a testimonial. It takes a few months to see the real impact of website changes, so I’ll check in 6 months after we wrap up.
The human behind Site Seen
Hi, I’m Stacey
When I started building websites, I didn’t understand website strategy. Everywhere I looked for the answer just confused me more. Over the years, I’ve figured out that website strategy isn't the same for everyone - it’s about how it fits with the rest of your business to help you grow.
My clients have seen what that looks like in real life. They've booked out months in advance, signed clients as soon as their new site launched, and are excited to share their websites.
That’s what I’m teaching in Site Seen.

Go for it. Site Seen is meant to help you understand how your site fits into your business overall, but it’s not for everyone.

That’s okay! I’m here to guide you through each piece. You’re not just watching tutorials and then checking in with me - the coworking time is to help you with anything you need related to that week’s lesson, plus the Slack channel where you can ask me questions any time.

That’s part of what the coworking is for. It’s part accountability, part hands-on learning.
The small group format will help me keep an eye on your progress - if you’re stuck, I’ll reach out.

Totally fair! I offer a template reskin for $1,500 where I’ll apply your branding, photos, and copy to the Launchpad structure for you.
